UNK– “Almost, Maine,” a romantic comedy, will open tomorrow on the University of Nebraska at Kearney campus.
Performances will be at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday, Feb. 17-20, and at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 21. All performances will take place in the Fine Arts Studio Theatre, located in the lower level of the UNK Fine Arts Building.
Tickets are $7 for adults; $5 for seniors, UNK faculty/staff and non-UNK students; $3 each for a group of 10 or more; and free for UNK students with a valid ID. Reservations can be made by contacting the UNK Box Office at 308.865.8417 orunkboxoffice@unk.edu.
The play takes place in the small, mythical town of Almost, Maine, where residents find themselves falling in and out of love in unexpected ways. It creatively explores the mysteries of the human heart, putting a spin on life and love.
