Talented high school musicians perform at UNK’s Honor Band and Choral Concerts

The University of Nebraska at Kearney’s Department of Music, Theatre and Dance welcomed 558 music students from 101 high schools across Nebraska for the annual Honor Band and Choral Clinic on Monday. The daylong event included rehearsals with UNK faculty and other music educators, followed by public performances at the Health and Sports Center on campus. The concerts also featured the UNK Wind Ensemble and Choraleers.
