Following a 13-year absence, the UNK Bike Bowl returned to campus Saturday, April 26. This year’s Bike Bowl – the 35th in UNK history – was sponsored by the Blue Gold Brigade student alumni organization. The event at the Nebraska Safety Center attracted numerous teams representing campus organizations, alumni and community members. The first Bike Bowl was hosted at Kearney State College in 1967. It ran for 34 years until the last ride in 2000.
