The social practices of Edwardian era society will be the focus of the Saturday at the Frank House program on Saturday, Oct. 13.

Attendees will learn how modern society has changed, what is still expected of diners at meal time, and how manners and eating habits have changed over the years. Paula Nesiba of Kearney will present the one-hour program, which begins at 1:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

“This experience will really change the way you feel about the family dining table,” Nesiba said.

Regular walk-in-hours at the Frank House are Monday through Friday, 2-5 p.m., and Saturday, noon-5 p.m. The Frank House is closed during UNK breaks and holidays. Donations are always accepted.
