Albert Einstein: The Man and the Myth –

Or Why Can’t I Find a Werner Heisenberg t-Shirt.

Time magazine chose Albert Einstein as their “Man of the Century.”  A physicist, for God’s sake! A physicist who laid the foundations for the two pillars of modern science and then repudiated one of them and spent most of the rest of his life in a vain search for a ‘Theory of Everything’. Who was this physicist, and why was he truly the “Man of the Twentieth Century”? This presentation will look at some of the aspects of the life of Albert Einstein that made him the “Man of the Century.”
