“Phantoms at the Frank House,” featuring a Victorian-themed Halloween, is set for Saturday, Oct. 31.
The event, which is free and open to the public, will begin at 1:30 p.m. at the Frank House, located on the West Campus of the University of Nebraska at Kearney. No reservations are required, and participants can attend in costume.
The Frank House will have Victorian games, sugar cookie decorating using a Victorian recipe, popcorn, 21st century slime and stories including “What Was I Afraid Of” by Dr. Seuss.
