Twenty-eight students have been selected to present their research at the National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR) hosted at Dominican University of California  Thursday-Saturday, April 12-14.

They will be among approximately 2,200 select undergraduates from more than 250 colleges and universities across the nation to attend the conference.

According to John Falconer, director of Sponsored Programs, the conference for undergraduate students was created to “promote undergraduate research scholarship and creative activity done in partnership with faculty or other mentors.”

Students present their research through oral presentations and/or poster presentations. Research topics cover a wide range of disciplines including creative arts, mathematics, business, social science, humanities, physical and life sciences, natural resources and engineering.
