“The Question Behind the Question (QBQ) – Personal Accountability” will be the focus of a presentation Tuesday, Jan. 25, at the University of Nebraska at Kearney.

John Miller, founder of QBQ, Inc., an organizational development firm based in Denver, Colo., will give the 4 – 5:30 p.m. presentation in the Nebraskan Student Union Ponderosa Room.

According to Miller, the program is designed to enable organizations and individuals to make accountability a core value. In every organization – corporations, nonprofit, schools, churches, even families – there is blame, complaining and procrastination. QBQ, Inc. provides practical tools that help people eliminate these dangerous traps and improve their lives, he said.

Miller, author of the books “QBQ: The Question Behind the Question” and “Personal Accountability,” will present a message that he says has changed the performance of organizations, schools and businesses.

Miller was born in Ithaca, NY, and was graduated from Cornell University. His business career began with Cargill, Inc. Since 1986, he has been actively involved in the organizational development and speaking industry.

Admission is $5 at the door. For further details, contact the UNK Nebraskan Student Union at 308.865.8523.
