The University of Nebraska at Kearney Glass and Sculpture Club will host an open house on April 8 from 11:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. in the glass and sculpture studio in Otto Olsen room 137.
The open house will feature glass blowing demonstrations throughout the day. At 7:00 p.m. there will be an Iron pour and mold blanks will be available for purchase so the public can cast their own iron artwork. Student work will be on display and for sale along with a raffle of glasswork from visiting artists and a silent auction. All proceeds will go to the glass and sculpture club. The open house is free and open to the public.
