University of Nebraska at Kearney senior Brenda Tincher of Potter will perform her senior recital on December 15, 2001 at 3 p.m. in the UNK Fine Arts Recital Hall.
Tincher, who plays piano, will be performing works including “Partita in B-flat major” by J.S. Bach, “Sonata in E-flat major, Op. 81a” by Beethoven, and “Prelude in A minor, Op. 11, No. 2” by Alexander Scriabin.
Tincher is majoring in piano performance and pedagogy and is the daughter of Donald and Marian Tincher of Potter. She is also in the UNK Honors Program and has received a UNK Research Grant to study Russian piano teaching at the American Russian Piano Institute in St. Petersburg, Russia.
