Five students from the University of Nebraska at Kearney were inducted Tuesday, April 24, into the Alpha Delta Sigma honorary society which is sponsored by the American Advertising Federation (AAF).
This year’s new initiates are Christy Rasmussen of Broken Bow; Joel Janecek of Gering; Vicki Morehead of Nelson; Jennifer Ramsey of Ord; and Tracy Hofmann of Pawnee City.
Alpha Delta Sigma is the world’s first advertising fraternity, started in 1913. Members of this group must achieve senior status with a minimum 3.25 grade point average and must be dues-paid members of an AAF-sponsored college chapter.
