UNK- The University of Nebraska at Kearney has scheduled its annual Advising Day for Thursday, Jan. 6, at College Park in Grand Island, according to Gloria Vavricka, UNK director of academic programs for the Division of Continuing Education.
“The accelerated undergraduate business degree program began this fall at College Park and has been a huge success,” Vavricka said.
“For those who may be interested in pursuing this degree, it’s not too late to begin,” she added. “Individuals may contact our office at 1-800-865-6388 or attend Advising Day on Jan. 6.” Classes will also be offered for the MBA, education, criminal justice and general studies.
Advising Day will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. at College Park, 3180 West Hwy 34, (across from Stuhr Museum). No appointment is required. Advisers in the following areas will be available: business, education, nursing, health programs and general studies.
