CENTER FOR ECONOMIC EDUCATION OFFERS WORKSHOPS

The Center for Economic Education at the University of Nebraska at Kearney is offering two workshops for teachers and home school educators.

The first learning session will be held on Tuesday, July 16 from 10 a.m.-12 noon. This workshop is entitled “What Makes the World Go Around?” and will be held on UNK’s West Campus in the Communications Center, Room 243.

The second workshop will be on Friday, July 19. “Mathematics and Economics: Connections for Life” will be held from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. The workshop will be held on West Campus in the West Center building Room 238C. “Come and share time with other teachers to learn about new areas in the field of teaching,” said Amy Stritikus, Center for Economic Education.
