Matching funds available for gifts to Loper Advantage Scholarship KEARNEY—Helping students who wish to transfer to the University of Nebraska at Kearney from a Nebraska community college is the focus of a new fundraising program called Loper Advantage that’s been started by UNK and the University of Nebraska Foundation.
