KEARNEY – Work is underway on a pair of construction projects that will improve the University of Nebraska at Kearney’s electrical grid and expand a sidewalk along the south side of campus. The first project replaces a section of sidewalk removed last year when the Nebraska Department of Transportation reconfigured U.S. Highway 30.
