Growing Need: Counseling services help students overcome obstacles, succeed at UNK
Recent UNK graduate Bridget Langin used UNK’s Student Health and Counseling services after she was in a motor vehicle accident that killed two people, including her friend and fellow UNK student Amber Frerichs. UNK workshop focus is human trafficking, warning signs
KEARNEY – The Women’s Center and International Justice Mission at the University of Nebraska at Kearney is hosting a workshop on Human Trafficking. The event, free and open to the public, is from noon to 2 p.m. Feb. 16 at the Ponderosa Room inside the Nebraskan Student Union. UNK panel to discuss warning signs, how to handle stalking
KEARNEY – The University of Nebraska at Kearney is hosting a Stalking Awareness Panel to increase knowledge about the issue, discuss warning signs and help guide people on what they should do if they, or someone they know, is being stalked.
