UNK students take second in stock pitch competition

CHICAGO – Three University of Nebraska at Kearney students placed second at a collegiate stock pitch competition in Chicago. Tristan Crook of Kearney, Madisson Whalen of Geddes, South Dakota, and Adam Starr of Mullen, all seniors at UNK, competed in the event during the sixth annual Student Managed Investment Fund Consortium Conference hosted Oct. 4-5 by Indiana State University’s Scott College of Business.
