Project would replace housing for UNK fraternity, sorority members

KEARNEY – The University of Nebraska at Kearney is requesting approval of a project that would replace and relocate the on-campus housing for fraternity and sorority members. Alpha Omicron Pi sorority collecting donations for military care packages

KEARNEY – A University of Nebraska at Kearney sorority is thanking U.S. military members serving overseas through its annual Sisters for Soldiers project. PHOTO GALLERY: ‘A Walk in Her Shoes’ builds awareness of gender violence

UNK faculty, staff and students participated in the “A Walk in Her Shoes” march Wednesday morning at Cope Fountain to build awareness of gender violence and promote healthy masculinity. Organized as part of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the event raised money for the S.A.F.E.
