KEARNEY – Experience Chinese culture, sample delicious cuisine and celebrate the new year Saturday (Feb. 2) at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Spring Choral concert ‘Folksongs and Fancies’ 7:30 p.m. Sunday

The University of Nebraska at Kearney will present its spring choral concert “Folksongs and Fancies” at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the Fine Arts Recital Hall. The show includes performances by the Choraleers, Collegium, Men’s Ensemble and Women’s Choir. The concert is named after the choral cycle “Fancies” by  English composer John Rutter, which includes seven Renaissance poems set to music.
