Tri-City Economic Forum to focus on current trends; Hosted Friday in Grand Island

The Tri-City Area Economic Forum brings together local experts from the public, private, and academic sectors to report on the state of the Tri-City economy. This forum represents a cooperative effort between UNK and local businesses to provide timely, accurate and objective economic data to guide local businesses while boosting economic development.
Date and time: Friday, Oct. 6 from 8:30 am to 12:15 pm
Location: Bosselman’s Conference Center, Fonner Park, Grand Island
Program: Keynote address from Tim Hodges, Ph.D. of Gallup Education; a current economic overview of the Tri-City area by Bree Dority and Daniel Chaffin; panel including local entrepreneurs and educators.
Continuing Education: Real Estate Professionals can receive three hours of credit required for licensure. This training has been approved by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission and a certificate will be provided.
