NEWS ADVISORY: Frank family descendents from New York to visit historic Frank House on UNK campus Thursday, Aug. 26

NEWS ADVISORY: 

Frank family descendents from New York will visit the historic Frank House on University of Nebraska at Kearney campus
Thursday, Aug. 26. Edwin Frank, the great-great-grandson of George Washington Frank, and Edwin’s daughter Emma
will be available to media beginning at 2 p.m.

Edwin Frank visited the historic mansion when he was a child, but this will be his daughter’s first visit to the family home.
George Washington Frank built the mansion, which was completed in 1889. The Franks lived in Kearney through the 1890s.
