NCAA Take a Kid to the Game & Community Appreciation Day Saturday

University of Nebraska at Kearney Chancellor Doug Kristensen is inviting the Kearney community to a complimentary pre-game picnic in conjunction with the NCAA Take a Kid to the Game and Community Appreciation Day Saturday, Sept. 10, on the UNK campus.

From 1-2:30 p.m., the pre-game picnic will take place on the mall just south of the Nebraskan Student Union. Kickoff for the UNK vs Northern State football game is set for 3 p.m. at Foster Field.

Children 14 and under may attend the game at no charge when accompanied by a paying adult. Adults accompanied by a child will pay only $4 for admission. Admission for adults, unaccompanied by a child, will be $7. Youth, ages 15 though high school seniors, will be admitted for $4.
