INTERFRATERNITY COUNCIL ELECTS NEW OFFICERS FOR 2005 AT UNK

The Interfraternity Council at the University of Nebraska at Kearney has elected new officers for 2005.

UNK’s Interfraternity Council is the largest men’s organization on campus, providing leadership and governance to five national fraternities representing more than 250 men, according to John Sands, UNK Greek Life assistant.

New officers for 2005, listed alphabetically by hometown, include:
Cook– Mike Wilken, Sigma Tau Gamma, president
Elkhorn– Greg Smith, Alpha Tau Omega, secretary
Grand Island– Sam Kusek, Delta Tau Delta, programming chair
Kearney– Matt Rauert, Delta Tau Delta, recruitment chair
Blake Sheldon, Sigma Phi Epsilon, community service chair
Ogallala– Kevin Wait, Pi Kappa Alpha, treasurer
Pilger– Jacob Barth, Delta Tau Delta, public relations chair
Springfield– Matt Stern, Sigma Phi Epsilon, scholarship chair
York– Scott Vincent, Sigma Phi Epsilon, social chair
