France, Italy and Greece are destinations for the University of Nebraska at Kearney Department of Family Studies and Interior Design study abroad offering, June 1-10.

An informational meeting for the trip has been set for 12:20 p.m., and again at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 28, in Room 220 of the Otto Olsen Building.

“Participants may elect to enroll in an accompanying three-credit-hour undergraduate/graduate course,” said Dr. Tami Moore, assistant professor of family studies and interior design. “If one prefers to experience the fun, educational aspects of this adventure without the classroom activities and the tuition payment, they are also welcome to participate.”

Dr. Moore and Dr. Sylvia Asay are faculty and travel leaders for the study abroad group. Both have extensive travel experience and have accompanied students to Europe in the past.

For those unable to attend the informational meetings on Tuesday, they may contact Drs. Moore or Asay at 308.865.8228 to learn details on destinations, expenses and deadlines.
