UNK-The University of Nebraska at Kearney Hispanic Student Association (HSA) will be presenting HSA Fest II, Hispanic Heritage Month Closing Ceremony. The festivities will be taking place on Saturday, Oct. 7. The events will begin at 6 p.m. in the Ponderosa Room in the Nebraskan Student Union with a program that will include Ballet Raizes De Mexico, Mexican food courtesy of El Vallarta Restaurant, and singer Jesus Landeros. A dance will then follow at 8 p.m. with DJ Master playing the latest in Hip-Hop, Trance and Latin music.

Corliss Sullwold, HSA Advisor commented, “If you want to listen to the latest in Latin music, eat great Mexican food and see a traditional machete dance, then join HSA this Saturday evening at 6 p.m. in the Nebraskan. The Hispanic Student Association always provides a good time so as the students say, ‘come party with us!’”

The public is welcome to this free night of entertainment on the UNK campus.
